Overview

This Warranty Policy explains your rights when a product you purchased from Ember Kitchen turns out to be faulty, and how any additional manufacturer warranty applies on top of those rights. It also explains how to report a problem and what happens next.

Statutory Warranty

All goods sold by Ember Kitchen are covered by the statutory warranty for defects. This means that if an item arrives faulty, or develops a defect that was present at the time of delivery, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, where the law allows. These rights exist independently of any manufacturer warranty and are not reduced or replaced by it.

Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products may also carry an additional manufacturer warranty. Where this applies, it runs for 2 years from the date of purchase. This manufacturer warranty is provided on top of, and does not limit, your statutory rights described above. If both apply to a given product, you can rely on whichever offers you the better outcome.

How to Report a Fault

If you believe a product is defective, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can look into it and put things right. To report a fault:

  1. Email us at contact@emberkitchen.shop.
  2. Describe the fault as precisely as you can, including when it appeared and how it affects the product.
  3. Include your order number so we can quickly locate your purchase.
  4. Where possible, attach photos showing the defect.

Once we receive your report, we'll review the details and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

What Happens Next

After reviewing your report, we will let you know the appropriate remedy for your situation, which may be a repair, a replacement, or, where applicable, a price reduction or refund. We aim to handle every warranty claim fairly and efficiently, and we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
